The most delicious salad: greens, cucumber, carrot, avocado, chikpeas, strawberry, pepitas, and sunflower seeds with citrus vinaigrette. Yum.
Brunch at Amandine. Coffee, mushroom quiche, vegetable sandwich, and a slice of fruit tart.
Today’s lunch: Lots of good good stuff.
Mixed greens, quinoa, green peas, green beans, black beans, kidney beans, zucchini, sweet potato, corn, mozarella, and salmon.
Today’s lunch: Sandwich - avocado, brown mustard, horseradish, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, roasted zucchini and lettuce on the bread I made yesterday.
Today’s lunch: Office-made salad.
Like home-made, but in the office. I love having a mini-fridge at my desk.
